With more than 50 years of practical petroleum industry experience, was a staff member and then a principal of a major consulting firm for some 32 years, serving as president and chief operating officer of that firm for the last 14 of those years. During this tenure he supervised or was associated with over 12,500 assignments varying from simple evaluations to complex reservoir simulations. Using this experience as a base, he has now assembled the best work system he has ever had the opportunity to offer to industry. Mr. Garb is the Chairman of the Board of Forrest A. Garb & Associates.

Mr. William D. (Donnie) Harris III, P.E., joined Forrest A. Garb & Associates, Inc. as President in August 1998 and became Chief Executive Officer of Forrest A Garb & Associates in January 2002. Previously, he was a Vice President of DeGolyer and MacNaughton where he prepared and supervised engineering and reserve studies, and appraisal reports for fields in many countries. Mr. Harris holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, a M.B.A from Southern Methodist University. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Mr. Mike Rightmire joined Forrest A. Garb & Associates in December 2007 and is a Senior Vice President of Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Rightmire previously worked for ARCO Alaska and ARCO Exploration & Production Technologies as a reservoir and operations engineer and most recently for Pinnacle Technologies as a senior engineer and project manager. His work experience includes over 25 years of operations and reservoir engineering assignments, reservoir engineering research and applications development work, and fracture stimulation engineering. Mr. Rightmire holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, a B.S. in Biological Science from the University of Alaska Anchorage, and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Ms. Sandra W. Wall, is a Sr. Vice President of Petroleum Engineering. She leads detailed reservoir engineering studies for prospect evaluations, estate valuations, mid-year and year-end reserve studies and reports, and she provides expert testimony. Ms. Wall’s experience includes: reservoir and economic analyses for both onshore and offshore properties, 3D computer simulation studies, and designing water floods and CO2 floods. Areas worked include: Onshore and Offshore Gulf Coast, West Texas Permian Basin, New Mexico, Indiana/Illinois New Albany shale, Rocky Mountains, Offshore California, Alaska, Indonesia, North Sea, and Australia. Software programs used include: ARIES, PHDWin, Fekete RTA/Harmony, Excel, Word, and FGA’s Fair Market Value program. Ms. Wall previously worked for Texas Eastern Corporation and Transwestern Pipeline Company. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Masters of Business Administration degree from Houston Baptist University, and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Mr. John Cooper, Sr. Geologist, joined Forrest A. Garb & Associates, Inc. in 2007 as a Senior Geologist. Mr. Cooper received his Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Louisiana - Lafayette (formerly the University of Southwestern Louisiana), and holds an MBA from Tulane University and Masters of Management, Information Services from Dallas University. He was employed at Great Southern Oil and Gas, Innex Energy, and Hunt Petroleum in various geological and technical positions, and is experienced in log analysis, geological interpretations, and reserves evaluations using the latest technologies. Mr. Cooper is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (Certified Petroleum Geologist #6049), the Society of Economic Geophysicists, and the Dallas Geological & Geophysical Society.

Mr. Gerald K. Ebanks, Senior Geologist, received his M.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He was employed with Mobil Oil Corporation, and subsequently with Ray Holifield and Associates, and PXI, Incorporated, in various geological positions. Mr. Ebanks is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (Certified Petroleum Geologist # 3772), Dallas Geological Society, and Houston Geological Society.

Ms. Stacy M. Light, P.E., Senior Reservoir Engineer, joined Forrest A. Garb & Associates, Inc. in May 2010. Ms. Light previously worked for ARCO Oil and Gas as a reservoir/operations engineer and crude oil risk manager. She performed detailed production, reservoir and economic analyses for both onshore and offshore properties and supervised engineers in the same capacity. She also performed risk management duties, trading crude oil futures and options on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Areas worked include onshore and offshore Gulf Coast, West Texas Permian Basin, Rocky Mountains, the Mid-Continent area and international properties. Ms. Light received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. She is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Mr. Pardeep Dhatt, joined Forrest A. Garb & Associates, Inc. in March 2007 as an Engineering Technician. He has worked on various reservoir engineering assignments and other projects related to economic analyses. Mr. Dhatt holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Dallas, and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Rayleene W. Morris, Office Manager, joined FGA in March 1995, as an administrative assistant. She worked for Otis Engineering beginning in 1972 and later for Halliburton in the Graphics Department and in the Reservoir Engineering Department until September 1994. She has experience in various administrative positions.
